About Chef Dan
With an eye for new twists on old favorites and enjoyable innovations designed to broaden his menus, Chef Lane comes from a rich background working for some of the best area restaurants, including Newton's Biltmore Bar and Grill, and seven years at the Blue Room in Cambridge. He was the executive chef of Waltham’s Bison County for three and a half years before taking on that role at Union Straw in Foxboro, MA.
In the Spring of 2022, Chef Lane donned the apron as Executive Chef at Lincoln’s The Tack Room.
"I enjoy taking food and pushing it to a whole new level– separating wherever I’m cooking from the rest of the restaurant pack by presenting traditional classics with a fresh twist, or just coming up with really cool fun stuff.
"The more love you can put into the food will show on the plate. Diners will notice that."
The result is a fresh, exciting, and an ever-evolving wealth of new flavors, beautifully presented by Chef Lane for your dining pleasure.
